TOP Stores and rankings

It is a ranking that closes every calendar month and grants a reduced commission to the top 3 sellers for the whole of the following month. Top 1 → 1%; Top 2 → 1.25%; Top 3 → 1.35%; rest → 1.5%.

Account open for at least 4 weeks, 10 or more unique buyers in the month, a dispute rate below 5% over 30 days and no more than 40% of GMV with a single buyer.

Every time a sale is charged we check the current tier and apply that commission to the Stripe charge. The COM invoice reflects the exact percentage charged.

Public page with two rankings: the top-selling stores and the most active sellers live. Each ranking has a Top 10 for the month and an all-time global Top 10.

Commercial performance ranking. The score combines: 40 % comes from the number of sales (paid orders) and 60 % from the total amount invoiced (orders + subscriptions).

Live activity ranking. It combines: 25 % for completed shows, 30 % for hours broadcast and 45 % for sales made live.

Selling live is the most effective (45 % of the score). Then, keep a routine of regular shows to accumulate hours. The quality of each show usually has more impact than broadcasting more hours.

Every sale counts, whether from a live or MyKrof. If you enable subscriptions, recurring payments steadily grow your revenue.
